An internal customer is a member of your organization and can be a supervisor, colleague, or subordinate. An external customer is someone from outside your organization. Each customer is of equal importance, regardless of the amount of business that customer provides to your organization. You should provide the same level of quality goods and services all your customers, and all are equally deserving of efficient and effective communication.
In this course you will learn: to respond to customers’ complaints, and to reject a vendor’s contract without rejecting the vendor, and address a complaint to a vendor.

2023 CBIZ 401k 1:1 VIRTUAL MEETINGS
Thursday 11/2 & Friday 11/3
This year, we have moved to virtual one-on-one meetings with CBIZ! Their team will review your 401k account, discuss investment options, and offer you insights on the market and our fund line up. This allows the CBIZ team to meet with more employees and at a variety of times over two days. It also gives employees the chance to do the call with a spouse or other household members if they choose.
You can sign up for a slot using the link below. CBIZ will either provide a meeting invite with a link, or they can call you on the phone.
Spanish speaking timeslots are available!
